The Military Property Agency has put two residential premises up for sale in the capital. Both are located in well-connected districts – Ochota and Wola – and the starting prices do not exceed PLN 400,000. zloty. The tenders may be of interest to both people looking for their own property and investors.

Ochota, ul. Grójecka 66 – starting price PLN 339,000

The first property is residential premises no. 91 in an eight-story multi-family building at ul. Grójecka 66. The property is managed by a housing community.
