Triathlon and Parratriathlon of the Bug Land are back!
The charity relay will take place on August 30 at the Janów Podlaski Castle.
On August 30, 2025, the picturesque Janów Podlaski Castle will become the center of a unique sport and social event, i.e. the eighth edition of the charity triathlon and the relay station of the Bug Land.
The event will take place under the honorary patronage of outstanding Polish athletes: Lidia Chojecka – a world -class athlete, running specialists at medium and long distances, Czesław Lang – cycling legend, Olympic runner -up, Tour de Pologne organizer and Jarosław Kailing, known as “Five” – five -time Polish champion.
Traishlon and Parathlon of the Bug Land are much more than just sports competitions. Under the slogan “Arche connects people”, the event integrates the community regardless of age, physical condition or fitness. Triathlon of the Bug Land is a time of cooperation, mutual support and fun. Collaborators, whole families and people with disabilities meet here in a spirit of respect and openness.
Triathlon is a team sport!
The competition has a relay formula. Each team consists of 3-4 people. One player runs, a maximum of two people flow together with a kayak, and another participant overcomes the bicycle route. This sports holiday also has a deep social dimension. Thanks to the joint operation and sponsorship, new jobs will be created for the charges of the Lena Grochowska Foundation, supporting people at risk of social exclusion.
It’s not about the result, but about people.
