The Prime Minister of Egypt Mostafa Madbouly announced a new official opening date of the Grand Egypt Museum. Celebrations with the participation of representatives of foreign authorities will eventually start on November 1, and not as planned earlier, July 3. The opening of the most anticipated attraction of Egypt was not possible at the time because of the increased risk of war translated between Israel and Iran. “Preparations are underway to make this event unique,” writes Daily News Egypt.

In the interiors of GEM, the largest archaeological museum of the world after an area of ​​almost 500,000 square meters, guests will find over 100,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts. One of the most important exhibitions will be the Tutankhamon collection, which will be issued for the first time since its discovery in 1922.
