Tourists are shocked. In the center of Mielno it is more expensive than on the palm in Dubai
So much on the last weekend of August you have to pay for accommodation in Mielno. Tourists pay attention to prices that are higher than in Dubai.
Holidays at the Polish sea do not guarantee weather or savings. According to the analysis of accommodation prices at booking.com, for two nights in the center of Mielno last weekend of August you have to pay more today than in the most prestigious locations in Dubai. Tourists, however, pay attention to one detail that explains such a shocking discrepancy. “This is due to the fact that we have the middle of the season, and there is the worst time for holidays,” we read in the discussion on X.
That’s how much you have to pay for the weekend in Mielno, and so much in Dubai
Prices for a weekend at a hotel in Mielno from 29 to 31 August exceed PLN 1,000 for a double room. At Booking.com it is difficult to find an object located at a short walk from the beach, in which the price would be lower than PLN 500 during this period. At the same time, in Dubai, which is famous for luxury, we can guarantee the top -shelf rest and we are talking not about distant districts of this metropolis, but a prestigious location on Jumeirah, an artificially built island in the shape of a palm.
Today, for two nights in the four -star Hotel NH Collection Dubai The Palm we will pay 734 zlotys, and until recently, as users indicate, for two days for two people for two people at the end of August we would only pay just over 600 zlotys.
The key is the weather
Internet users, however, pay attention to the weather, which can shock tourists going to Dubai at this time of year. Temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius in the shade are the norm and even at night it is difficult to get a break from the heat. Summer in the United Arab Emirates is a low tourist season, during which many residents escape from cities, exploring Europe – that’s why during this period we can see them so often in Poland, for example.
Meanwhile, the Polish Sea is theoretically dealing with the most crowded period of the year. However, the reality is different, because, as the owners of the facilities report, there has not been such a bad season on the Baltic Sea for even 30 years. Until the end of the summer holidays, however, four weeks remained – if the weather forecasts for the last weekend of August are raining again, there is a chance to reduce prices.
