O wartości działki zdecyduje nie plan ogólny, lecz zapisy przyszłego planu miejscowego, które mogą ograniczyć zabudowę i otworzyć drogę do odszkodowania

Up to 35 thousand PLN can be obtained for replacing an old furnace. The application period lasts only until the end of June, and the program also includes the modernization of the installation.

Poznań residents can still apply for high funding for the liquidation of old furnaces and the installation of modern heating sources. As part of the next edition of the Kawka Bis program, you can receive up to PLN 35,000. zloty. The application period lasts until the end of June.

The program is addressed to owners of residential properties, but not only to natural persons. Legal entities, including housing communities and cooperatives, may also apply for support. The condition is that the property is located in Poznań.

Replacing an old furnace. Who can receive support?

The subsidy is available to owners of houses and apartments that still have a solid fuel heat source, such as coal, wood or briquettes. The building must be entered in the Central Emission Register of Buildings and its legal status should be regulated.

The city also emphasizes that support only covers operational and used heating devices. The program does not apply to furnaces that have already been taken out of service.

What can you get money for?

The subsidy covers not only the dismantling of the old furnace and the purchase and installation of a new heating source. Financing may also be used to modernize the existing heating installation, build a flue gas disposal system, connect the building to the municipal heating network and adapt rooms for a heating station.

The amount of support depends on the selected solution. Up to 10 thousand PLN can be obtained for connection to the municipal heating network. Electric heating combined with a photovoltaic installation allows you to obtain up to PLN 20,000. zloty. The highest support – up to PLN 35,000. PLN – allocated for the installation of a heat pump with photovoltaic panels.

Applications can be submitted until the end of June

The local government encourages you not to postpone submitting your documents until the last days of the recruitment process. Submitting the application earlier means it will be processed faster and more time to implement the investment this year.

The program also reminds about applicable anti-smog regulations. From 2024, in the Greater Poland Voivodeship there is a ban on the use of classless central heating boilers, tiled stoves and goat stoves. Violation of these regulations may result in a fine of up to PLN 5,000. zloty.

By the end of 2027, residents of the region will also have to replace boilers that meet class 3 and 4 standards. The Kawka Bis program is intended to help property owners adapt to applicable requirements and reduce pollutant emissions. So far, Poznań has allocated almost PLN 55 million to the fight against low emissions, and the program budget in 2025 amounted to nearly PLN 12 million.
