In Switzerland, a European destination associated with modernity, high standard of living and reliable banking, a chocolate park is to be built on an area of approximately 30,000 square meters. sq m. The investment will be called Parc du chocolat Cailler, and Maison Cailler, one of the leading chocolate producers in the country, is responsible for the project.
The chocolate amusement park will be something completely different than the Chocolate Museum in Warsaw, which will open in 2024 – it also offers a lot to tourists, but operates on a smaller scale than Switzerland plans to do. It is intended to provide approximately 6 hours of immersive experience in the world of chocolate, as well as educational, entertainment and gastronomic functions.
Visitors can enjoy a cocoa greenhouse, workshops with confectionery and chocolatier masters, and a “flying theater” with panoramic shots of Swiss landscapes. There will also be a hotel, and the entire complex will provide work for approximately 300 people.
There are tentative opening dates for Parc du chocolat Cailler
The chocolate amusement park in Switzerland is to complement the existing offer of this type in this country. At this moment, you can count on Lindt Home of Chocolate near Zurich. The new facility is to be available in all its glory from 2030, but guests may begin to be admitted to the first zones as early as 2027 or 2028.
According to information provided by Maison Cailler representatives, the investment value is 400 million Swiss francs, i.e. approximately PLN 1.89 billion. The company is counting on huge profits, estimating that the park will attract up to 800,000 people in the first year after opening. guests.
Access to the site will be facilitated by a direct rail connection via the Swiss network. A multi-functional parking lot for motorists will also be available.
