In the online ticket purchasing system, we see that a pilot sale for a new connection is underway. “Currently, only Super Promo International tickets can be purchased for this connection at e-IC, provided promotional tickets are available. Availability depends on the date of purchase and the degree of use of the pool of promotional tickets,” we read.
In the evening, Baltic Express will take us on a trip to Prague from PLN 66 in second class and from PLN 88.16 in first class. These are very attractive prices. However, we cannot return tickets under the Super Promo. PKP Intercity informs that a seated ticket to the Czech capital from Gdynia, at the base price, will be approximately EUR 78, from Poznań approximately EUR 65, and from Wrocław EUR 51.
It was once possible to travel from the capital of Lower Silesia to Prague without transfers, but during the pandemic the connection disappeared. The journey from Wrocław to the Czech capital will take approximately 3 hours and 51-57 minutes. “I’ve been waiting for this for so many years. Finally, by train from Wro to my grandmother in Prague,” we can read under this entry.

The Baltic Express route also runs through smaller cities – Tczew, Inowrocław, Gniezno, Leszno and Kłodzko, which will certainly stimulate mutual tourist traffic with our neighbors. In total, there will be 25 stops on the route connecting 22 cities.
The new PKP timetable will also include the IC Galicja train, which connects Berlin with Przemyśl, Krakow, Katowice and Wrocław.
