This is how the British assessed Pendolino. “I could sit on this train forever”

Pociąg Pendolino

Journalist Rob Crossan went from Gdańsk to Krakow by Pendolino. A journey in comfortable conditions made a great impression on him.

Pendolino trains make a really positive impression on tourists from abroad. Recently, a journalist Rob Crossan posted a review of the fastest composition in Poland in The Irish Sun. This time there was also praise for comfortable places, service, driving comfort and above all – low ticket price. “This train can make you feel spoiled in a way that will never happen on National Rail trains,” he wrote in the article, hammering the British railway heel, known for its most expensive journeys in Europe.

Pendolino like a first class flight

Penolino warehouses started running on Polish tracks for the first time in December 2014. Although the decade has passed since then, they still remain the fastest and most convenient trains on the Polish market. They are appreciated not only by local tourists, but also guests from abroad.

Journalist Rob Crossan, who in his life has repeatedly used the journeys with British Railway Rail, after a recent Pendolino journey from Gdańsk to Krakow, did not spare compliments to the Polish carrier. He compared the first class to a luxury flight in the first class, which costs much more. A similar train journey would also be much more expensive, but in Great Britain. “A first -class ticket at the price of which is food, drinks and great views, it costs about 40 pounds for a journey lasting 300 miles. The British equivalent would be traveling by train from London to Glasgow, but at peak hours you would have to add zero to price,” reads in The Irish Sun.

A stylish journey around Poland

According to Crossan, Pendolino is the best choice to travel around Poland stylishly. “You don’t need five -star cruise ships or unlimited air miles. A Polish train can make you feel spoiled in a way that will never happen on National Rail trains,” writes a journalist.
