24.5 percent Poles will spend their holidays at the Polish seaside – according to a SW Research survey for “Wprost”. Trips to the mountains and abroad also have high results.

Last week the school year officially ended and the holiday season began. In the first days of the student lab, the temperature remained at a record high level, and thermometers in many regions of Poland showed over 30 degrees Celsius.

According to the latest forecast of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management, in the coming days you will be able to take a break from the heat. On Saturday, July 4, the maximum temperature will range from 17 degrees in the Suwałki region and Podhale, about 21 degrees in most of the country, to 23 degrees in the southwest, and on Sunday – from 18 degrees in the north and Podkarpacie, to 23 degrees in the southwest.

In the latest SW Research survey for “Wprost”, we asked Poles about their travel plans for the holidays. 24.5 percent respondents are planning a trip to the seaside, 16 percent will relax in the mountains, and 24.1 percent respondents go abroad.

5.4 percent respondents declared that they were going to places other than those previously mentioned. In this case, respondents could enter the answers themselves, and the main ones included: trips to specific Polish cities, as well as recreation in the countryside or by the lakes. A lot of respondents, 18.8%, have not yet decided whether they will go out. In turn, 24.9 percent has no plans to leave his place of residence.
