Travel agencies operating in Poland did not cancel trips to the coming months, and rest is organized away from the epicenter of shocks. New rules for entering Thailand
From May 1, 2025, all foreign travelers entering Thailand will have to complete a digital arrival card called Thailand Digital Arrival Card or TDAC, three days before arrival. The formality is not associated with any fees.

The rules regarding the visa remain unchanged. Polish citizens who travel to Thailand for a tourist purpose for up to 60 days do not have to have a visa. At the entrance, officials can request a return ticket and proof of having financial resources in the height of 10,000 Thb (Thai lanes) per person.
No fees for tourists. 32 PLN in your pocket
Fortunately, Thailand did not decide to introduce a tourist tax. The fee was to be 300 lashes, or about PLN 32 per person. Ultimately, the authorities decided that it would be more effective to attract more guests who, after buying quite expensive flights, would spend this small amount at souvenirs, food and attractions.
It all depends on whether they decide to travel. “Currently, the industry is preparing for a 10-15 % decrease in the arrival of foreign tourists, which will be a blow to the tourist sector already struggling with the difficulties,” the Travel and World Tour portal reported after the earthquakes.
