They paid 8 thousand. PLN and experienced a nightmare on an all-inclusive holiday. “I can’t send the stench”
Mrs. Blandyna’s family spent PLN 8,000 on their holiday in Tunisia. PLN, but the trip was a disappointment. In an interview with Onet, the woman described the situation and announced a lawsuit.
For 8 thousand Mrs. Blandina, her husband and two children flew to Tunisia for a week. From the TUI travel agency’s offer, she chose the all-inclusive option at the El Mouradi Club Kantaoui hotel. As she told journalists, the first impression was shocking.
Poles disappointed with their holidays in Tunisia. They blame the travel agency
In the four-star hotel, Poles were said to have found dirt and a musty smell. They also mentioned a clogged sink, broken fittings and ants on the floor. They were offered two replacement options, but they weren’t much better.
— The room we ended up staying in was dirty, but at least you could bathe in it. We wasted a lot of nerves and a good half a day of our stay on this. We were only on vacation for 7 days, we wanted to use this time to relax, not to run around hotels with suitcases, said the disappointed tourist.
Poles also did not like the hotel canteen. They found chaos on site. — Food purchased as all inclusive was a “fight” for anything to eat. Once we managed to eat at the restaurant we had signed up for. We mainly used the buffet, where sometimes we managed to find a roll, literally – said Onet’s interlocutor.
— The resident told us that there are guests from Algeria in the hotel who rush to eat, take huge portions and the problem is known here. No one informed us about such problems. With such a number of people, the hotel clearly cannot cope with the service, said Mrs. Blandina.
The Polish woman filed a complaint after her vacation. “Cheek”
After returning to the country, Polish travelers filed a complaint. They demanded a 15% refund. trip costs, but the office granted them only PLN 220. Mrs. Blandina emphasized that such a response was a “slap in the face” to her. The TUI office replied in a letter that “the issue of variety, quantity or taste of meals is a subjective matter.” It was argued that the room was replaced on the day the objection was raised. “The action of the hotel staff and representatives was adequate to the situation,” it was emphasized.
– TUI’s response is copy-paste, other guests received exactly the same letters. The amount of PLN 220 does not satisfy us in any way. We have talked to a lawyer and are ready to take the case to court, commented Ms. Blandina. At the same time, she admitted that not everything was bad about her vacation. — I confirm that the beach was wonderful, the transfer and flight were also great, but the rest was a shame – she concluded.
