There will be subsidies for mortgage loans. The minister confirms

Minister Paszyk: There will be subsidies for mortgage loans. It’s about the “First Keys” program.
“Minister Krzysztof Paszyk in a program without a putty on TVN24: in the” First Keys “program it will be possible to buy a new apartment only from TBS, SIMs and housing cooperatives. I clearly said, presenting this program that there will be zero zlotys for developers in it, “the Ministry of Development and Technology wrote on the website on Friday.
Today, the Polish Press Agency (PAP) Business has announced that the minister managed by Minister Paszyk has submitted an application for entering a project on subsidies for mortgage loans for the list of government work.
Minister Paszyk: “I submitted an application”
– I submitted an application to enter the bill in the list of legislative work of the government regarding persons who dream of their ownership apartment – said on TVP Info, Krzysztof Paszyk, quoted by PAP, quoted by PAP.
It is about the ministerial program “The first keys”, which is to support the purchase of apartments or houses. According to the department’s assumptions, it is to be available only to people who did not have and do not have their own apartment or house. Those interested will also have to meet the income criteria specified in the Act.
“The square meter limit is to be introduced – up to 10,000 PLN (in the case of Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław up to PLN 11,000). Municipalities will also have the opportunity to independently determine the price limit ” – reminds PAP Biznes.
“The first keys” only from the secondary market
The ministerial program gives you the opportunity to buy a house or apartment, but only on the secondary market. According to experts, a program limitation to buying only on the secondary market raises doubts.
– I don’t understand this restriction. While the amount limit is still understandable (it also appeared in earlier support programs), why only the secondary market? And why apartments owned by the seller for at least 3 years, and in use from 5? – asks in an interview with “Wprost” legal advisor Krzysztof Granat, leader of real estate practice at the K&L Legal Granat I Wspólnicy SP.K. in Wrocław.
As he notes, at this stage you can raise doubts as to the purposefulness of such a solution.
– If the beneficiary has a place to buy with support, what does it matter, will it acquire it on the primary or secondary market, if this premises ensure the buyer’s housing needs? – The lawyer wonders and indicates that limiting the program to the secondary market can also have further effects.
