More and more is known about the changes that are planned for employee capital plans (PPK). They will include the oldest employees.
At the beginning of March, Business Insider Polska announced that the government is planning to change the program of employee capital plans (PPK) since 2019. These reports were confirmed by the “Wprost” Ministry of Finance.
– Currently, detailed analyzes of submitted proposals are underway regarding the possibility of conducting further legislative work on them, including their possible impact on the sector. After the end of this stage and, depending on the result of the impact assessment, decisions will be made regarding further work. At this stage, it is not possible to indicate the deadline – the ministry’s press office informed our editors.
Changes in PPK. Another autoshast next year?
It is known that one of the main changes is to be a more frequent employee auto -forest (currently it is made every four years). – According to the current schedule, another autositis should take place in 2027. The postulates that come to us from the market go towards shortening the period in which the autositis takes place from four years to three. Shortening the autoshand period – as PFR indicates – will affect the increase in participants, i.e. the number of program participants, which in turn will increase the influx of savings to PPK.
The oldest employees are waiting for a revolution?
“Wyborcza” informs about another important change that will apply to the oldest employees. Currently, people aged 55 plus who want to join PPK must submit a request to their employer in this matter.
