Although spring is approaching, it is still not too late for skis. There will certainly be plenty of in this famous snow center.
The largest ski region in the world does not empty with the arrival of spring. Three valleys in France are a real winter kingdom, in which snow on the slopes stays even until the beginning of May. The famous French region located in the Vanoise National Park in Sabaudia is as many as 335 routes with a total length of 600 km, as well as eight ski resorts, where every tourist will find something for themselves. This magical place is located two hours from Lyon, to which we will reach Poland by plane in just over two hours.
It is not too late for skis
Along with climate warming in many regions of Europe, the ski season is becoming shorter. Some centers close much earlier than a few years ago, others do not open to the season at all, explaining it with high costs of production and maintaining missing snow. Such a fate met last fall, among others Ski resort Alpe du Grand Serre in France. This does not mean, however, that in early spring skiers must give up their favorite sport. A few dozen kilometers further northeast of Grenoble there is a place that every fan of white madness should know.
The highest ski station in Europe
Three valleys (French: Les Trois Vallées) is a vast, largest area in the world for skiing and snowboarding consisting of eight centers located at altitudes from 900 to 3200 meters NPM to have snow guarantees even at the beginning of May, it’s best to go to Val Thorens.
