There have been no such buses yet. Travel around Europe with sleeping places
A new bus line will be launched soon in Europe. Inside there will be comfortable lying places.
The idea of the Swiss bus line Twiliner will definitely interest every traveler who does not like to fly by plane. The European carrier wants to launch night journeys, in which passengers will find places to lie down, similar to those that we can use today in the business class in aircraft. The journeys are to start this fall between the largest cities on the continent. At the beginning, routes from Zurich to Amsterdam and Zurich to Barcelona are planned.
An alternative to planes
Twiliner wants to connect the 25 most visited cities in Europe over the next three years. The Swiss bus carrier thus challenges a cheap airline, which, although they guarantee passengers, quick transport from point A to point B, they rarely boast of the offered comfort. Meanwhile, the line wants to make her customers on board the bus feel at home, and even – in their own bed.
Lying places will be available in modern and air -conditioned buses – so travelers will not be afraid of distant international routes, such as the planned connection from Switzerland to Spain or the Netherlands. In addition, each passenger will receive a free pillow and a blanket.
Start in November
We will not have to wait long to launch the first courses. The buses will start traveling on European roads in November. At the beginning, journeys will be available several times a week, and next year travel will take place every day. “The first line will run on the Zurich -Bazylea -Luxembourg -Bruksela -Rotterdam -Amsterdam route, and the second – Zurich -Giron -Barcelona,” reads.
Interestingly, the carrier points out that the service is not suitable for families traveling with young children. People under the age of five will not be passengers.
