The Central Communication Port announced “another important step”, i.e. an amendment to the act, which – according to the company – introduces “pro -social” solutions. Real estate owners see the matter differently to disappear at CPK. – The project is significantly different from the promises – says Kamil Szymańczak, a farmer and village head Skrzelewa.

A few days ago, the central company of communication boasted that it has already had more than half of the areas necessary for the construction of the airport. It is almost 1300 hectares of lands in the area of ​​a location decision for the airport and part of the railway junction. The company also reported that by mid -May it carried out as part of the voluntary program to buy over 500 transactions, buying land with an area exceeding 1850 hectares.

Residents who will not sell their land and buildings under the PDN, will soon be displaced, because the company has less and less time to take over the remaining areas. According to the schedule, the construction of the airport in the municipalities of Baranów, Wiskitki and Teresin is to start in 2026.

Five years later, the port is to obtain the necessary certifications, and in 2032 be put into use.

“Prosocial solutions” CPK? Sołtys: They deviate from promises

The company also announced “another important step”, i.e. an amendment to the CPK Act. As we read in the communiqué, the planned “pro -social solutions” are to act in favor of persons whose real estate will be taken over for construction, accelerating the payment of compensation.

“If the new regulations come into force, the owners will be guaranteed to receive at least part of the compensation before leaving their property, in the form of an advance payment of 85 percent” – announces CPK.

We continue to read that the amendment also contains “regulations improving the investment process”.

However, Kamil Szymańczak, the village head of Skrzelewa, one of the villages, who is to disappear under CPK. Together with his family, one of the largest farms in the vicinity leads there.
