Lublana w Słowenii

This European city has gained the title of the most underestimated. We will get here by train directly from Warsaw.

Lublana is one of the cleanest and most friendly cities in all of Europe. Unfortunately, even tourists traveling to the Balkans often pass her quickly to find themselves on Croatian beaches even faster. The capital of Slovenia has even recently become number one of the ranking of the most underrated cities in Europe. Its author is the British, author of the blog Scottvisits, who, in addition to Lublany in this group, also indicated the cities of Ksamil, Mostar or Tivat.

Underestimated Lublana

Some European cities do not need to be presented to anyone. Everyone, even the one who has never been abroad, has heard a few words about London, Paris, Rome or Berlin. But Europe is not only large metropolises or crowded historical cities. Tourists often make the most impressed are places that are talked about, which makes them more surprising.

One of such cities is Lublana – the charming capital of Slovenia, which is still underestimated on the tourist map of Europe. Although small, it has everything you can expect from a European city: a beautiful old town, climatic pubs, channels, bridges and even a castle towering over the roofs. Most importantly – all this is surrounded by greenery that Taak is missing in larger capitals. “It is a city that is visible perfectly on foot,” we read.

We will get directly from Poland

Last month, Polish tourists received a unique chance to visit Lublany. All they have to do is get on the Adriatic Express train in Warsaw, Opoczno, Włoszczowa, Katowice or Rybnik, to find themselves on the streets of the capital of Slovenia several hours later. Along the way, passengers will pass Ostrava and Vienna, and after stopping in Ljubljana, the train will go further to Rijeka.

If we decide to visit Ljubljana, we can also use this moment to travel to the error, where one of the most beautiful lakes in all of Europe is located.
