The RynekPierwotny.pl portal and JLL announce a strategic partnership in the area of data exchange and creating joint analyzes for the residential real estate industry

The largest nationwide portal for new real estate, RynekPierwotny.pl, and JLL, a leading global consulting company providing comprehensive services for the development industry, are establishing strategic, long-term cooperation.

The aim of the cooperation is to develop an ecosystem of data, analyzes and consulting for the primary sector of the housing market based on JLL’s international experience and with the technological support of RynekPierwotny.pl.

The primary market in Poland has been undergoing a dynamic process of changes for many years, forcing the companies operating there to adapt to new challenges. The high supply of apartments and the related competition for customers, lengthy administrative processes and new statutory regulations force continuous development and professionalization of market participants.

The problem for developers and other participants is limited access to current, transparent and comprehensive data, as well as professional analyzes and business conclusions that are based on them. The partnership of both companies is intended to fill this space by integrating data sources, common processes and exchange of competences, as well as new analytical solutions and applications based on them.

RynekPierwotny.pl will be responsible for providing JLL with complete data on market supply. JLL, in turn, will provide substantive know-how in the field of market research, analytical methodologies and data interpretation. As part of the cooperation, the BIG DATA platform, which is one of the key elements of the project, will appear under the common brand of both companies, which will emphasize the partnership nature of the cooperation and the complementarity of the competences of both companies.

The methodology for collecting and publishing data within the platform will be developed. RynekPierwotny.pl will improve technological solutions for collecting, presenting and distributing data on demand and supply on the primary market, using the expert input of JLL. They will gradually be extended to other market areas (e.g. secondary market) or issues (e.g. behavior of users looking for an apartment).

Cooperation between both companies will also include the joint publication of periodic reports and market analyses. The parties will also cooperate on the development of new products and solutions in the field of market analytics and forecasting.
