The prosecutor’s office received a notification regarding a well-known influencer. “He seduced a child”

Robert Pasut was once one of the most popular Polish YouTubers. He started on the well-known channel “AbstrachujeTV”, and after its termination, he performed in Fame MMA fights. Later, he started broadcasting on the Kick platform and his career became infamous. The influencer repeatedly showed inappropriate behavior, including offensive content and relationships with young women, which was met with sharp criticism from the Internet community. Now the prosecutor’s office has received a notification regarding his case.

In his broadcasts, Robert Pasut often crossed the boundaries of decency, which was manifested, among others, by: in dangerous live stunts. He was often criticized for promoting harmful behavior patterns, which caused him to lose popularity and cooperation with brands. What’s more, he gave controversial interviews and was, for example, nominated for the Biological Nonsense of the Year 2024 – the influencer argued that “venereal diseases are a myth” and the use of protection is “a lie of condom producing companies.” He also said that the risk of venereal disease only applies to contacts with women over 25 and called it “necrophilia.”

But that’s not all. On December 19 last year, the Center for Monitoring Racist and Xenophobic Behavior (OMZRiK) announced its intention to report Robert Pasut to the prosecutor’s office, and a few days ago it announced the collection of evidence that may prove his guilt. The organization did not spare strong words online.

“Patostreamer Robert Pasut seduced a child and engaged in sexual acts with him,” OMZRiK reported, emphasizing that for such acts Robert Pasut may be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.

“We would like to inform you that the recordings and witness reports collected by our Center indicate that pathostreamer Robert Pasut has committed several prohibited acts. The most shocking acts we have revealed include Pasut performing sexual acts with a child, assisting and aiding and facilitating the sexual exploitation of children by others, and seducing a child under 15 years of age” – we read in a lengthy post published on January 5 on the X platform (formerly Twitter).

Moreover, OMZRiK reported that the organization’s proceedings revealed “a number of other behaviors committed by this perpetrator: beating, lynching, insulting and exposing a person to direct danger of loss of health and life.” The center then appealed to Internet users, encouraging people injured by Robert Pasut to contact them “in order to obtain legal and psychological support”, ensuring full discretion and anonymity. He also said that the case was to be referred to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
