The Premiere 5 – a new interactive Samsung projector now on sale

An eye-catching image

The new The Premiere 5 interactive projector offers unrivaled image quality in the comfort of your home. Triple laser technology allows you to experience vivid, realistic images with an expanded spectrum of over a billion colors thanks to the 154% DCI-P3 color gamut. (1) Moreover, the Ultra-short projection allows for free arrangement of space. Thanks to this solution, you can project a very large image with a diagonal of up to 100 inches, (2) also when the projector is placed very close to the wall. Meanwhile, the Vision Booster function detects the level of ambient light and adjusts the color, contrast and brightness of the screen to guarantee optimal visibility in all conditions. (3)

A screen that responds to touch

The Premiere 5 projector is not just a screen for displaying content – it can also be used for work, play and interaction. It is distinguished by a convenient, interactive touch screen. All you need to do is connect the touch pad included with the device. An infrared (IR) camera and laser make the screen easy to operate. Then, touch the place where you want to display the image – a tabletop, desk, wall or ceiling – to easily manage your work and entertainment. By moving your finger, you can select the game you want to play and interact with it, e.g. by moving the puzzle pieces. (4)

A smart experience

Interactivity is combined with full intelligence here, making using the device extremely simple and intuitive. The projector is equipped with a SmartThings hub that allows you to seamlessly connect and control smart devices in your home. You can also display notifications on its screen, e.g. about completed washing. The projector also works with Apple AirPlay 2, (5) allowing you to use your favorite content and mobile applications directly on the big screen.

The entertainment is complemented by a custom Ambient Mode. When we are not watching TV, an empty wall can be turned into a personalized decoration, displaying family photos or elegant visualizations.

Moreover, The Premiere 5 can also be a great choice for gamers. AI Automatic Game Mode (6) recognizes the type of gameplay – from fast-paced first-person shooters to relaxing simulators – and optimizes settings accordingly. The Player Panel allows you to change the aspect ratio to 21:9 or 32:9, (7) offering wider views and a more immersive gaming experience.

Immersive sound

The projector offers not only excellent image quality, but also impressive sound. The Premiere 5 is equipped with advanced audio technologies – Dolby Atmos, OTS Lite and Q-Symphony. Thanks to them, you can enjoy dynamic and harmonious surround sound. In turn, the Active Voice Amplifier Pro (8) uses artificial intelligence to detect the sound of the voice and amplifies it above the ambient and background noise, ensuring clear audibility of dialogues. As a result, the projector provides an experience similar to the one we know from a cinema hall.

Compact design

The projector also has a stylish, minimalist design, making it easy to move and place in different places around the house. An additional convenience is the SolarCell remote control (9), which is charged using solar energy or artificial light. This is a practical and ecological solution – modern technology combines perfectly with a sustainable approach.

Masterful service

What’s more, the projector will take care of the perfect settings, so we can fully enjoy the entertainment. The Premiere 5 automatically corrects a skewed image to fit a rectangular screen and allows for quick setup at different angles. With the “Scale and Move” function, you can even reposition the image without moving the projector. Automatic Sharpening also works immediately after launch, allowing you to get a clear image in just a few seconds.

(9) To charge the remote control using solar energy, place it with the solar panel facing up. You can place the remote control in the living room with the lights on or near a window to absorb natural sunlight. If the remote control’s battery is discharged, it can be charged using a USB-C cable.
