The Polish NTT company has challenged the technological giants
The Polish company threw gloves for technological giants. NTT System does not slow down. The plans for the coming years are further development of the server line, increasing integration with component manufacturers and the implementation of new, energy -saving technologies.
Thousands of computers produced on the Vistula
NTT System is the largest Polish manufacturer of IT computers and equipment, which has been building its position on both the domestic and foreign market for years. The company has been operating continuously since 1986, employs approx. 160 employees and can boast of the production of over 4 million computers and nearly 10,000 servers. Since 2007, her shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Although the company is widely known for the production of desktop computers, laptops, all-in-one or miniPC devices, servers-the segment that NTT has been developing continuously for two decades remains one of the pillars of its activities. It is thanks to consistent investments, innovative solutions and close cooperation with global technological partners that the company remains competitive even to global giants, such as Dell or Lenovo.
Polishness as a real advantage
NTT servers are folded and tested in Poland. Although – like other brands in the world – the company uses components provided by international producers, local integration and production enable high flexibility, faster response time and precise quality control. Unlike global giants, who often offer ready -made configurations with long waiting times, NTT can produce servers on an ongoing basis, adapting to the availability of components on the market. Thanks to this, the company can quickly respond to customer needs.
Numbers that they speak for themselves
Over the years, NTT System has produced hundreds of thousands of hardware units, of which servers are a significant part. The company cooperates with leading public institutions, universities, research laboratories, as well as commercial clients, providing high -performance server solutions tailored to individual needs.
The most impressive projects include comprehensive deliveries for Polish technical universities, data centers supporting the processing of large data sets or advanced server clusters dedicated to research and development environments. The scope of applications is wide – from small tax offices to the computing cloud and data processing for AI.
20 years of server history NTT
The history of NTT System dates back to 1986 when the company began operating as a producer of personal computers. The server segment was introduced in the early 2000 and since then consistently developed. A particular contribution to the development of this department had a team from Krakow, which for years built unique competences in the design, implementation and servicing of server solutions.
– The production of servers in Poland is a challenge, but also great satisfaction. For 20 years, we have been proving that a domestic company can successfully compete with the largest brands in this industry – says one of the members of the NTT System design team.
The beginnings were not easy – limited access to components, the lack of ready patterns and the need to gain customer trust required great commitment. Over the years, NTT has built a partnership network, which today covers many major integrators of IT systems and leading suppliers of server components such as Supermicro, MSI, Intel, AMD, Samsung and many others
Wide and flexible offer
The current NTT System server offer includes solutions for various market segments – from simple office servers, through devices for medium -sized companies, to advanced constructions for applications in data centers and scientific units. The key partners in this area are Supermicro and MSI – well -known manufacturers of motherboard and components with whom NTT cooperates on efficient server platforms.
The NTT server offer is fully scalable – solutions are possible with one or two processors (with the possibility of subsequent expansion), flexible configuration of frames and disks, as well as more advanced pale solutions. Servers can be individually designed depending on your needs, which allows both cost and performance optimization.
The company does not offer rigid packages, but each time it adapts the configuration to a specific use, which turns out to be more effective and more economical than ready sets.
What makes NTT system stand out?
Each server leaving the NTT System factory undergoes a detailed testing process – both in terms of performance and reliability. The company has its own service center, offering a standard response time to the application – the next business day (NBD). The average repair time is about 5 business days. This is an important advantage compared to global brands, whose service often requires a longer waiting time and international logistics.
– We are not the biggest player, but thanks to this we can provide our clients with much greater flexibility and individual approach than many international corporations – emphasize the company’s representatives.
First Polish company
NTT System is developing, combining an increase in company resources, taking into account environmental and social aspects. The proof of this is the acquisition in 2022 as the first Polish company of the TCO Certified certificate, a world -related sustainable development sign for the NTT Business W900A computer. Subsequent products of the company, including All in One Wa900 Series (2023) and Notebook B15 (2024), also obtained the TCO certificate, which confirms the constant expansion of the offer in accordance with the restrictive criteria for environmental protection, social responsibility and business ethics going beyond the applicable regulations and industry standards.
In addition, the NTT system consistently implements international management standards, including environmental protection (ISO 14001), energy efficiency (ISO 50001) and social responsibility (SA8000). Audits confirm their maintenance, and in 2024 the company obtained further certificates confirming compliance with ISO requirements, which strengthens its involvement in sustainable development at the level of organizational and product processes.
What next?
NTT System plans to further develop the server line, especially in areas related to AI, Edge Computing and HPC platforms. The company also invests in new energy -saving technologies, and also increases integration with component manufacturers to better control the quality and availability of components.
In a world dominated by global giants, NTT System proves that a Polish company can create servers that meet the highest world standards. Thanks to 20 years of experience in the production of servers, local integration and operational flexibility, NTT System is a real alternative to brands such as Dell or Lenovo. This is proof that Enterprise class technologies can also be successfully created on the Vistula.
