The Polish national team in six-player soccer, i.e. socca, closed the group games of the World Cup with a 3-1 victory against Pakistan. The Poles are an undefeated team at the tournament.

First place in the group and full victories? One would like that regardless of the discipline, the Polish national team always performed at this level. You can applaud football players playing socca, a six-player version of football. The World Championships are underway in Oman, where the Poles are playing like crazy.

The Polish national team has won all the World Championships. Poles reached the 1/8 finals

The team led by coach Klaudiusz Hirsz played the last group match on Thursday morning, Polish time. The Poles had already secured promotion to the 1/8 finals, but they wanted to end the group games with a bang. This trick was a success, although there was certainly no shortage of emotions.

Before the matches against Pakistan, the Poles won 3-1 against France, 4-1 against Haiti and 7-0 against Turkey. On Thursday, the Polish team added a 3-1 score against Pakistan, although looking at the previous matches, it was the most difficult challenge. Coach Hirsz rotated the squad a lot, giving players who had previously had fewer chances to play. Additionally, the Pakistanis performed really well.

In the last ten minutes before the end of the second half (the match was played 2×20 minutes), when the Poles were weak and the scoreboard showed only 2:1, it was not so certain whether Pakistan would equalize the match. Ultimately, the Polish team emerged unscathed. Goals for Poland were scored by: Bartłomiej Piórkowski, Krystian Nowakowski and Bartłomiej Dębicki. It is worth adding that Bartosz Białkowski ended the match prematurely with a broken head. The former Polish national team representative collided with an opponent during an intervention and was ultimately given a suspension.

The Poles advanced to the 1/8 finals, where they will play against Egypt on Friday (December 6). The match is scheduled to start at 1:25 p.m. Polish time. The Socca World Cup in Oman is broadcast by TVP Sport.
