The Polish invention of Adr Sol Walls effectively inhibits the development of mold – this was confirmed by laboratory tests
The ADR SOL Walls product, developed on the basis of Polish ADR technology, has just obtained confirmation of effectiveness in the research of the independent M&R LAB laboratory. Tests have shown that wall impregnation with this method significantly inhibits the development of mold. Earlier studies also confirmed the reduction of viruses and bacteria. The solution works based on physical phenomena, without the use of biocida.
I am talking about technology that deactivates viruses, bacteria and mold without the use of chemistry, and only thanks to the effects of physical phenomena. This is an odorless powder concentrate, which is spreading with water and apply with a roller or brush. After impregnation and dry, the coating absorbs the electric field, and the accumulated energy is discharged. Thanks to this, the solution inhibits the development of mold colonies in wet rooms and limits the amount of viruses and bacteria in the interior.
A product called ADR SOL WALLS can be used not only before painting, but also on already painted walls – regardless of the color or paint structure.
The resulting solution is transparent, so it does not affect the appearance of the surface. It can also be added to the paint, but due to the specificity of new recipes available on the market, the optimal solution is its introduction at the stage of production by paint producers.
The invention of a Polish engineer
The solution is the invention of a Polish engineer – DRA inż. Stanisław Wosiński, who has been working on technologies to protect man for over 15 years to protect man through the physical impact of materials, and not by adding active substances to them. By impregnating the wall, he wanted to create a layer with a modified dielectric structure that acts like a passive screen. And it succeeded.
The effectiveness of an impregnated ADR SOL WALLS coating against mold (Aspergillus niger, Cladosporium Cladosporioides) and yeast (Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa, Aureobasidium pullulans) was confirmed in August this year. through the M&R Lab laboratory, which issued an official research report.
Earlier, research also showed a reduction in viruses and bacteria.
After 21 days of incubation in high humidity conditions, the growth of fungi on four different substrates was assessed – including on ordinary paint and paint with Polish technology. It turned out that impregnation with the ADR SOL Walls product completely stopped the development of mold colonies.
Not so much biocidal as inhibiting the development of mold
The M&R LAB laboratory specializes in assessing the efficiency of the chemical disinfectants, the results of which form the basis for registration of biocidal products. But interestingly, this product will not be registered as biocidal, because it does not work chemically but physically. And this is where his uniqueness lies – he reduces viruses, bacteria and mold, but without the use of active substances. According to the inventor, a better term for his product is “reducing” or “inhibiting development”, not “biocidal”.
ADR technology has already been repeatedly appreciated at international innovation exhibitions, winning gold medals, including in Geneva, Brussels, Pittsburgh and Tokyo and the medal of Maria Skłodowska-Curie for research achievements.
In addition to the awards, it was covered by wide patent protection – in Europe, the USA, China and Brazil. The effectiveness of the method was also confirmed by numerous scientific institutes, including the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
