The Polish airport will launch a hot novelty. This time we will fly outside Europe

Monastyr w Tunezji

On June 2, passengers from Poland will be able to use the new international route. From Rzeszów we will fly directly to the city outside Europe.

Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport is expanding the offer of flights. Another eighteenth route will join the seventeen holiday destinations – this time to the monastery. Charter connections to the Tunisian city will be made on behalf of two travel agencies – Join Up! and Prima Holiday. The first flights are scheduled for June 2. “The monastery combines history, culture and picturesque landscapes, but it is not a typical crowd of a tourist city,” reads information provided by the airport.

Tunisia for the summer directly from Rzeszów

Do you dream of a trip outside Europe? Another great opportunity appeared for a trip outside the well -known continent. From June 2, flights to the next region of Tunisia will be available from the airport in Rzeszów. After Enfidhi and Djerbie, the time came for a monastery, which was available from the airport in Jasionka 11 years ago. This port city located on the Mediterranean Sea is more than a regular tourist resort. This is not a typical party direction, but rather a place with a calm atmosphere and undoubted historical values. “The most important monuments of the city are Ribat (a fortress from the eighth century), a medina (charming old town of the city), or the Mausoleum Habiba Bourguiby – the burial place of the first president of Tunesia,” recommends the spokesman of the airport in Rzeszów Waldemar Mazgaj.

Holidays with a travel agency

However, the latest connection to Tunisia is not intended for anyone interested. Purchase of tickets is possible in the first place for customers of the Join Up travel agency! and Prima Holiday. The connection will be implemented by Nouvelair Tunisian airlines.

Rzeszów focuses on charters, which in the summer constitute the largest part of the traffic at the regional airport (out of season from Podkarpackie, you can fly to Great Britain and Ireland). This year, apart from the monastery, other new products are waiting for passengers – Moroccan Agadir, as well as Djerba in Tunisia and Corfu in Greece.
