July mushroom picking can be a great success. This is proved by Poles regularly publishing photos of their specimens on online forums. There is something to brag about.

There is no shortage of unique mushrooms in the summer. On Sunday, July 13, he showed his collection, among others Mr. Adam on a Facebook group called: “My passion Mushrooms all Poland”. Every day, over 380 thousand participate in it. people, including large fans of forest delicacies. The harvest can be impressive.

Mushrooming is successful

During mushroom picking in the province Pomorskie managed to collect a huge basket of lilac ears, i.e. Auricularia Auricula-Judae varieties. “It’s still raining. Ideally conditions for Uszak.” – wrote Mr. Adam. The man’s pictures show mushrooms adjacent to the tree, as well as gathered to the wicker basket. They look healthy and radially. Although they are not as popular as chanterelles or porcini mushrooms, you can eat them, enjoying good taste.

Lilac ears have a very characteristic appearance – unusual shape, brown color and jelly -like structure. Some often resembled a human ear. Younger specimens will be smooth and bowl, and older more folded and irregular. Most importantly, this is not a poisonous species. It is most often used for Asian dishes. In Poland, it is best to cook, fry, simmer or marinate. You can add them to soups, sauces, and even make pasta stuffing.

Other Poles also have something to brag about

Other Poles on Facebook groups with mushrooms also boast of interesting collections. Currently, golden chanterelles are leading, which are increasingly appearing on local bazaars. By collecting them yourself, you can save a lot, and at the same time eat a delicious dinner.

Sticks were already praised, among others in Podlasie or in the Olsztyn poviat in the province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Not all Internet users believe that you can find something, suggesting that they are looking for themselves and see voids everywhere. “I do not believe in these collections of mushrooms. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday I traveled in different regions and found zero mushrooms,” we read under one of the posts. “No, I can’t look at it with jealousy,” we read.
