For the benefit of Poland”, which is to become the new direction of the state’s economic policy.
The new government philosophy is to be clearly focused on strengthening the domestic industry and greater participation of Polish companies in strategic investments.

Tusk presented a new government plan
Announcements regarding re-Polonization appeared a year ago, but now the government has presented specific assumptions of the “Local content” program. The idea is that when large investments are made, as much of the funds as possible stay in the country, supporting Polish producers, suppliers and jobs. The Prime Minister argued that choosing domestic companies does not mean giving up quality or competitiveness.
– Wherever the Polish state has something to say, the Polish state will be in first place – said the Prime Minister.
He also added that preference for domestic industry should become a standard wherever regulations and state interests allow it.
– Choosing Polish companies, giving preference to Polish industry, choosing Poland first – whenever possible. This is a matter of Polish sovereignty, Tusk emphasized.
The “Local content” program starts
During the conference, Wojciech Balczun, Minister of State Assets, also spoke, describing the project as a development impulse for the entire economy. As he pointed out, the goal is to conduct investment policy in such a way that public money works to the greatest possible extent for the growth of Polish companies and national GDP.
The “Local content” program is intended to become a tool for strengthening domestic industry, especially in sectors of strategic importance.
