The nightmare of Iga Świątek is back! Bad news for a Polish tennis player

Iga Świątek is still waiting for the winning final in the tournament in 2025. The first challenge at the AD 2025 earth courts turned out to be not very happy for the Polish woman. The vice -leader of the WTA ranking was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Stuttgart tournament. In the struggle from the WTA series, 500 Świątek lost to Jelena Ostapenko. Latvian is a real bane for a Polish tennis player. Świątek lost all six matches with this rival. During the tournament in Germany, the clash ended with a result of 3: 6, 6: 3, 2: 6 – from the perspective of the vice -leader of the WTA ranking.

Another chance to break is the competition in Madrid. The WTA 1000 rank tournament is a big challenge by the upcoming great siem in Paris. Świątek will start a fight at Madrid courts from the second round. It became clear that the first rival would be Alexandra Eala. The player, less than 20, recently had the opportunity to compete with the Polish woman and, interestingly, won 6: 2, 7: 5 in the quarter -finals of the WTA 1000 tournament in Miami. Then the ladies competed on hard surfaces in Florida.

In addition, won in WTA 1000 rank tournaments, respectively in Rome (2021, 2022, 2024), Dosze (2022 and 2024), Indian Wells (2022 and 2024), Miami (2022), Beijing (2023) and Madrid (2024).
