The Nest – a new Warsaw coworker appreciated by foreign media

The Nest

The Nest, a new, boutique coworking space in Warsaw, which officially debuted on October 26, is creating a sensation among foreign industry magazines. The office was appreciated by, among others, the British Dezeen and Wallpaper. All thanks to the unique design.

The Nest is a new facility on the coworking map of Warsaw. At ul. Piękna 49, opposite Hala Koszyki, a modern office building with a characteristic, narrow structure was built. However, its distinguishing feature, which was appreciated by the British magazines Dezeen and Wallpaper, is the interior designed by Beza Projekt. Inside we will see a combination of modernity and traditional Polish design. The investor believes that this combination and great location will attract both start-ups and mature entrepreneurs. The Nest was created in cooperation with Equinox Capital Partners and Futu.

– As a result of this cooperation, Warsaw gained almost 2,000. sq m of well-arranged work space, distinctive on the map of Polish coworking spaces in terms of aesthetics, functionality and atmosphere. The Nest is a workplace for entrepreneurs who value quality and flexibility, and the first tenants included freelancers, creative communities, and creative teams of large companies – says Sławomir Janiszewski, founder of the Nest, managing partner of Equinox Capital Partners.

An interesting and innovative solution, considering the Polish reality, is adapting the space to the needs of entrepreneurial parents. There are rooms for children on site and they can be left under professional care. As we read in the announcement – The Nest will be not only a place for everyday work, but also a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences – a club where representatives of the world of design and business will meet.

– From January, the Nest event space will host open meetings on design, business, technology and inspiring ideas, including: by respected businessmen and creators from various industries. We will integrate various environments, thanks to which members of the Nest will build new business relationships – says Wojciech Ponikowski, Partner of the Nest and CEO of Futu, the studio responsible for the brand concept, design assumptions and brand design of the Nest.

The design of the boutique coworker is the responsibility of an interdisciplinary design team consisting of Futu, Grupa 5 Architekci, Beza Projekt and Katarzyna Korzeniecka.
