The battle for a reduction in the health premium for entrepreneurs will not end in the left of the left from the ruling coalition. But today some politicians of KO and the third way say: since the left does not want to fulfill our promises, why did she enter the government?
The reduction of the health premium for entrepreneurs and self -employed for some politicians related to the Civic Coalition and the third road is the foundation of the ruling coalition. Not increasing the tax -free amount to 60,000 PLN, not the liquidation of queues to doctors, or other of a hundred promises for 100 days, but just a lower health contribution.
– This is the implementation of our program. This is what people ask at every meeting and this is a step in the right direction, although insufficient, because the health premium for entrepreneurs must return to the level before Polish order – says Wojciech Filemonowicz, the leader of the Polish social democracy associated with the Civic Coalition.
To the remark that the reduction of the health contribution for entrepreneurs, and leaving it unchanged for people employed full -time will make full -time employees, from lower earnings, will pay a higher health tax than self -employed at higher income, our interlocutor replies: “This was before Polish order and it functioned well.”
Disgusting, low and thoughtless
This is not entirely true, because before Polish order the health contribution for full -time was lower and could be written off from tax. Now full -time jobs simply pay 21 percent. tax will stay anyway. Only entrepreneurs and self -employed will receive relief, and the loss in the health care system will be covered from the state budget, as the Minister of Finance claims.
Comments have already appeared that the ruling coalition will thus push thousands of people to self -employment.
