A picturesque route from Wrocław. There are specific plans
Current construction plans concern tracks within Bielawa – a fragment of line 318 from Bielawa to Srebrna Góra. The section will be almost 12 kilometers long – from km 12,380 to km 24,300 of the route. The trains will run on an over 110-year-old embankment around the 25-hectare Bielawskie Lake. When construction work on this section begins, a tender will be announced for the last stage of work and the last fragment leading directly to Srebrna Góra. This one is to run at the foot of the Owl Mountains. The trains will stop at Ostroszowice, Grodziszcze and Jemna stations.
“This investment is particularly important for the development of the tourism industry in Bielawa, because it will allow direct connection of the main attractions of the commune, which are Camping “Sudety” and Lake Bielawskie (Camping “Sudety” station) and Góry Sowie (Bielawa – Góry Sowie) with Srebrna Góra , which is home to one of the greatest tourist attractions of Lower Silesia – the historic Prussian fortress,” Andrzej Hordyj, mayor, informed local media Whitish.
