The minister in the government of Tusk thanked Duda. Posted an eloquent entry

Minister Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz thanked President Andrzej Duda. In the background, the law that does not like developers.
The head of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Polish politician 2050, turned through Platform X to President Duda. The Law and Justice politician is most likely in Warsaw, where he returned from Vilnius. On June 3, in the capital of Lithuania, he met, among others, with the head of state-Gitanas Nausėda, but in the evening he has a planned meeting with the former head of the Institute of National Remembrance, President-Elek Karol Nawrocki. They will take the first conversation from the moment PiS candidate won the presidential election 2025.
Pełczyńska-Nałęcz is heavily involved in housing matters in Poland. An important part of the real estate market are, of course, developers who put them and then sell with a gigantic profit (according to many experts, this is influenced by the huge, unusual gross margins anywhere else). Poles who buy premises for private purposes point out that in the advertisements the prices of the property of interest to them are increasingly hidden. When they contact development companies, they receive offers. “Once with a friend, we called the developer with a question about the price of the apartment on (Warsaw) Ursus. First I called her and heard the amount of PLN 700,000. Three days later my friend called, whom 650,000 were already proposed.” – says one of the women on the popular online forum. The situation she describes is a great illustration of the problem discussed, which the Polish policy became interested in 2050.
Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz: Only Duda’s signature is missing
In Poland, a law was recently voted to force developers to reveal the prices of apartments and all additional costs they will have to pay if they decide to buy a premises. The project landed “on the desk” of President Duda and is now awaiting his signature to enter into force.
The minister informed that she was invited by the head of state to the meeting, which would take place on Thursday morning. “Thank you very much for a positive response to my offer,” she turned to the president.
“It is time for the openness of the price not a fad of developers, but by the law of ordinary people buying mixing. We are only divided by the President’s signature,” she noted in the entry of June 3.
