The life success of a Pole in Wimbledon! Kamil Majchrzak joined Iga Świątek

Kamil Majchrzak

Kamil Majchrzak is still charming on Wimbledon courts. The Pole beat French Arthur Rinderknech in three sets and secured a place in the 4th round of the tournament.

We wrote about the extraordinary history of Kamil Majchrzak in a separate article in front of the straightforward, telling what a Pole had to go through the past years. However, the most important player from Piotrków Trybunalski once again enchanted on the grassy courts of Wimbledon. Majchrzak came to London without any (!) Victory in the main tournament in his career.

And on Friday, late afternoon on July 4, 2025, the Pole was promoted to the 4th round of Wimbledon. Doing it extremely confidently, in a great style, in three sets.

Wimbledon: Kamil Majchrzak with life success! It is already the fourth round

In the Friday match of the third round met two tennis players who stood in the face of the largest, Grand Slam success. History wanted so much that both Arthur Rinderknech and Kamil Majchrzak did not go through the level of the third duel in the competition like the Great Slam. What’s more, the Pole and the Frenchman were in the third round of the Grand Slam tournament in the same place – the New York US Open.

Looking, however, how they both fought for the success and entering the best “sixteen” Wimbledon 2025, it could be openly said that they definitely deserved this opportunity. Although the Pole won in three sets, there were many moments when the Frenchman pressed very much. Majchrzak, like … the old tunner of the Big Slam tournaments, however, came out of oppression.

The second set was the perfect example. The Pole had a 4: 2 advantage with a break, in addition the first, winning party. The Frenchman, however, broke the rival, moreover, improving the game at 5: 4. Little? Rinderknech even had a 6: 4 set ball at the Pole’s website. Majchrzak, however, withstood the imposed pressure. What is extremely important, the longer the exchange lasted, the greater one could be sure that the Pole would be the mountain. What, of course, the Frenchman also wanted to compensate with the desire to quickly “blows”, but skillfully neutralized by Majchrzak.

The second set itself lasted 66 minutes, which further shows the scale of equal competition.

In addition to purely sports emotions, Rinderknech also had some claims to the main referee of the alleged meeting … disturbing during the match with the stands. Ultimately, however, no one was punished directly.

Therefore, Majchrzak did not care about the whole and was promoted to the 4th round of Wimbledon! The last, third set ended with the second tie-break in the meeting, although this time it was in the set without breakthrough. The most important gem, closing the competition, the Pole ended with the result of 8: 6, defending the set again!

The match lasted well over 2.5 hours, and there was no shortage of interesting exchanges. The Pole once again impressed faith in success and the use of those advantages that he has the best. Bekhend, using the entire court space, and a solid service.
