The legend is putting pressure on Robert Lewandowski. The Pole’s transfer is real!

Robert Lewandowski

Will Robert Lewandowski leave FC Barcelona? The transfer series with a Pole in the main role may last for several months. The news keeps getting more interesting.

Let us remind you that Robert Lewandowski has been a striker for FC Barcelona since the summer of 2022. The Pole came to the capital of Catalonia straight from Bayern Munich. In the German Bundesliga in 2014-22, the Polish striker became the biggest star. Together with Bayern, RL9 achieved success not only in the domestic edition, but also in: won the coveted Champions League in the 2019/20 season.

Will Robert Lewandowski leave FC Barcelona? The giant is putting pressure on the Pole!

The Polish sniper quickly found his place in the colors of the Pride of Catalonia. Over the last three seasons, “Lewy” has become the most important striker in the ranks of the current Spanish champions. Additionally, in Catalonia there is a coach with whom Lewandowski achieved great successes when working together in the above-mentioned Bayern – Hansi Flick.

However, it may turn out that this series of arguments will not be sufficient in the context of Lewandowski’s future in Barcelona. The Pole’s contract expires in June 2026. As it turns out, there are people who would hire RL9 already in the winter transfer window. The game featured the Turkish Fenerbahce, which does not spare a penny for the great stars of world football.

Will this be Lewandowski’s next direction? It seems that the Turks may be strongly mobilized, but the Pole will not necessarily be willing to move to the Bosphorus.

The Italian direction is much more interesting. AC Milan is to have the Pole at the top of its list of potential summer transfers. Zlatan Ibrahimović, a great star associated with Milan, is pushing to bring RL9 to Milan. The Swede played for Barcelona years ago and although it was not the best time in his career (including a loud conflict with coach Pep Guardiola), he knows well what the Polish striker is capable of.

Lewandowski, at the age of 37, is still a tempting target on the transfer market. Ibrahimović will certainly be motivated to actually reach for such an experienced striker, who is currently clearly missing in Milan.

One more direction of “Lewy’s” future after June 2026 is… the end of his career. This cannot be ruled out, especially since it will also be a period related to the World Cup. As long as Poland advances to this level, because currently coach Jan Urban’s team is closest to the play-off zone, i.e. next year’s fight in March for tickets to the World Cup.
