The latest poll is surprising. Confederation’s ratings are only rising
CBOS has published the results of the latest survey, presenting the current party preferences of Poles. Where did the Civic Coalition end up? The difference between the Confederation and the Left is gigantic.
The survey was conducted between July 1 and 3, 2024. There is a significant difference in the preferences of Poles who would vote differently between June 24 and 27.
The difference between PiS and KO? Significant
The respondents were asked who they would vote for in the parliamentary elections if they were held next Sunday (i.e. July 7). It is worth mentioning that such elections will actually take place on the aforementioned day – in France. This will be the second round of voting – in the first round, Marine Le Pen (National Rally) won.
The majority of respondents who provided answers to experts from the Public Opinion Research Center indicated the Civic Coalition at the beginning of July. The ruling party would receive 31 percent of the votes. The lion’s share of respondents would also choose Jarosław Kaczyński’s party – Law and Justice. The grouping would receive a slightly lower result – 28 percent. The podium is closed by the Confederation of Freedom and Independence. Recently, the party has been recording increasing public support. The vote for the far-right coalition would be cast by 14 percent of respondents.
Third Way found itself off the podium. The party had been in third place for many months, but that changed at the beginning of March. This time it achieved fourth place, or 10 percent. The Left came in behind 3D. The result was 8 percent.
None of the respondents indicated “another party or grouping”. However, as many as 10% stated that they did not know who they would vote for in the Sejm elections. A total of 1,000 adult Poles took part in the survey, and it was conducted using computer-assisted telephone interviews.
A week ago, the Third Way equaled the Confederation
According to the survey, the results of which were published on July 1, KO would also be in first place – with a result of 32 percent. PiS would take second place – with a result of 30 percent. The far right would be in third place – with a result of 11 percent. Interestingly, the same percentage indicated 3D – which was placed in fourth place. The Left was in fifth place – it would receive 9 percent.
Only 1% of people would vote for another party, and 6% chose the “hard to say” option.
