The hooligan undressed a 27-year-old in front of the children. He didn’t like her sweatshirt
The 27-year-old hooligan was to assault a 32-year-old. “With violence, he broke off her clothes with the markings of the” enemy “football club” – informs the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jaworzno.
Officers from Silesia detained a young man who was to beat and humiliate a woman. The incident occurred on April 22 in Jaworzno.
The 27-year-old faces up to 15 years imprisonment.

The uniforms from the KMP were notified of the robbery that occurred at one of the fields in Jaworzno. The injured woman explained that the 27-year-old was about to approach her when she was sitting on a bench with her friend and demand that she give him a sweatshirt and a hat. Why? Because they had emblems of the Krakow football club. The aggressor was uncomfortable when the 32-year-old refused. Meanwhile, she did not want to take off the sweatshirt, because under her she only had underwear. The hooligan decided to punish her. “He beat her and broke her sweatshirt and took her hat. (…) he inflicted on the head, spat on a robbed, and then recorded it with a smartphone sitting on the ground in underwear” – describe the officers.
It all happened in front of the children who played football nearby. Seeing what was happening, scared they escaped. “There were also other hooligans from the perpetrators group who did not react. The course of the event was very accurately recorded by city monitoring,” they told the uniform.
Criminals soon determined the suspect. The 27-year-old is “known to policemen and in the past punished for crimes against life and health.” “The aggressor initially hid from law enforcement agencies, fearing detention, but after returning to Poland – on May 18 – he was detained and went to police custody. In the shot of his apartment, the police found and secured small amounts (here the name of one of the illegal substances is falling – ed.) We read.
The suspect threatens 15 years of imprisonment
The uniforms determined that a young man is a supporter of one of the Silesian teams. “He has already heard three allegations: for robbery, body damage and drug possession, for which he is punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Jaworznicki court decided to arrest his temporary arrest for a period of three months,” informs KMP.
