The high school graduate passed a difficult PlusLiga exam. Great talent has just appeared

Jakub Jurczyk scored a real baptism on Wednesday evening in PlusLiga. Libero, who was only 19 years old, suddenly jumped into the composition of JSW Jastrzębski Węgiel.
The surprising trade of events took place in Lublin, during the semi -final battle of Polish champions with the local Bogdanka Luk. The Lublin team needed three sets won, so that in Jastrzębie-Zdrój the dreams of defending the title were postponed at least for the season. Ultimately, however, JSW Jastrzębski’s volleyballers proved, as befits national champions, that they can withstand even the most difficult attempt.
Jakub Jurczyk with a match MVP award. A beautiful gesture of Łukasz Kaczmarek
I must admit that this is due to the 19 -year -old Libero JSW Jurczyk. At the end of the first set, the volleyball player had to replace a full -time full -time representative of the Polish representative – and his namesake – Jakub Popiwczak. He got injured at 23:23. How serious? This will certainly show additional tests.
Jurczyk had the opportunity to make a short debut in PlusLiga, he passed several episodes, but it was in the PlusLiga semi -final that he passed the exam, which he passed very well. The player playing number 17 took a total of 21 times with an effectiveness of 52 percent of a positive and 43 percent of the perfect party. He added seven effective defense to this.
– The guys supported me a lot, for which I thank them very much. And I wanted to thank Łukasz Kaczmarek, who always helps me in training and this gesture with the MVP statuette, I wanted to thank him for that. And the most important thing, I am glad that we won this meeting today, because we are extending our chance for a gold medal. This is the most important thing. Like the fact that Kuba Popiwczak would recover (…) It was definitely difficult to find himself on the pitch. There was stress on the back of the head, the awareness that we play for the highest goals and we are at the wall. However, the first two or three of touching the ball helped me find myself and I hope that I helped the team-Jurczyk said with a smile.
Indeed, the attacker JSW Jastrzębski after the meeting was awarded with the MVP statuette. Kaczmarek – the best scoring on the winners’ side – took the young libero with him and gave him the prize. Jurczyk certainly also deserved such a distinction, which is why the greater applause for the “pet” for this gesture.
Ultimately, Polish champions won 3: 1 in Lublin.
