The former Polish representative spoke harshly about the Germans. “This is a racist nation”

The footballer from Sulechów has just been bought by Azerbaijani Sabah Baku. However, the Pole has many clubs under his belt, representing, among others: the colors of three German teams: Union Berlin, FC Kaiserslautern and Holstein Kiel.

It must be admitted, however, that when leaving Lech Poznań in May 2021, it seemed that the Polish footballer would have a greater career abroad. However, Puchacz in Germany did not manage to convince other employers.

For this reason, the former Polish representative was loaned to various clubs, from Turkey, through Greece, England, to the above-mentioned team from Azerbaijan. Holstein Kiel did not decide to continue cooperation with Puchacz, which was taken advantage of in Baku.

However, the footballer decided to talk about his feelings during his time in Germany.

– I don’t want to generalize, but I have to. I simply encountered racism in most cases in Germany. They are prejudiced against Poles, they are prejudiced against black people, that’s how it looks from my perspective. I don’t want to speak personally, I don’t want to offend anyone, but I think it’s a racist nation and that’s all. I also once talked to a player about a coach I had in one of these clubs and he also used the word “racism”. So if not only I can see it, but also a guest from another country can see it, then there is something to it – said Puchacz in an interview with Channel Sportowy.

There has been a lot of talk about the former Polish representative. The Eagle Owl is certainly a colorful character. However, this fragment of the conversation on Channel Sportowy will certainly have a wide impact. And it will not necessarily be beneficial for the author of these words, at least in terms of harsh language and generalizations, which the player was unable to avoid towards our western neighbors.
