The Flare investment is entering the final phase of implementation. Luxury apartments in the center of Warsaw ready for delivery in 2026

Apartamenty Flare

In the first quarter of next year, work on the façade of the prestigious Flare investment will be completed. As intended, the color of the terrazzo produced especially for this project will perfectly blend the building into its surroundings. The first owners will receive the keys not much later, in mid-2026. There will be a total of 76 apartments in the building, many of which have already found their buyers.

The building at 6A Grzybowska Street is being developed by Archicom, a nationwide developer that is part of the Echo Group. Flare is part of the Archicom Collection, an investment for the most demanding customers. The task faced by the designers is to make the apartment building a decoration of the area and, at the same time, a cozy oasis for its residents. BJK Architekci has made a number of design decisions with privacy and comfort in mind.

The building is located in an absolutely unique location. We wanted to give future residents the opportunity to experience this city, its panorama and greenery, while maintaining privacy. To achieve this, we used two-meter-high windows, starting at a height of 50 cm from the floor – says Tomasz Janiszewski, chief designer of BJK Architekci.

A shiny pearl for busy people and investors

Archicom and its architects decided on uncompromising revitalization. The structure of the building has undergone a thorough reconstruction and has been adapted to the requirements of modern construction. What distinguishes the investment is that all apartments will be finished turnkey. Buyers can choose one of three finishing options – Brass, Chrome or Gold – and do not have to worry about the finishing work, which is entirely undertaken by the developer.

High standard finishing is included in the price of the apartments, which can be purchased from PLN 1,300,000. This is an interesting investment option, because there will be fewer and fewer such apartments in the center of Warsaw.

In total, the Flare investment will include 76 apartments with areas ranging from 30 m² to 190 m², including exclusive penthouses. The investment will look impressive from the outside, thanks to the facade made of terrazzo. Interestingly, the light brown color was selected and produced exclusively for this place – so that the building’s façade fits perfectly into the existing buildings.

Thanks to the use of the mineral – mica – in the façade, Flare, as its name suggests, will shimmer gently in the sunlight all day long. As the designers emphasize, due to its location, the building is to be well sunlit until dusk.

Beauty, prestige and emotions – art in Flare interiors

The amenities in the building are intended to make everyday life easier for residents. The apartments will have air conditioning, sunscreens in the windows and smart home functions. Flare will also have space for an integrating residents’ club, and a huge distinguishing feature of the investment will be the presence of art in the common areas at the highest, world-class level.

The building’s interior will be enriched with works by artists such as Anish Kapoor and Pieter Obels. The sculpture by Pieter Obels, placed in the entrance area, is supposed to refer, with its steel form, to the history of the place where a metal goods warehouse was located before the war. Having valued works of art in your investment is prestige and pure pleasure for both apartment owners and guests who will visit them.
