The dialogue on the Libro Mokotów investment at progress 12 in Warsaw is starting
In Warsaw’s Mokotów, at 12 Progress Street, a Libro Mokotów investment is to be built in the place of the office building and a large parking lot. It is there that Group Lar Polska and Hanner, as part of the Joint Venture cooperation, intend to jointly build an intimate multi -family building, using the so -called housing specialty. Social dialogue with a planned investment is currently starting – as part of this procedure, residents can express their opinion about the project.
Libro Mokotów is an intimate housing project, which is another brick for the transformation of this part of Mokotów in a place more friendly and attractive. The concept of the KUL studio architect assumes the creation of a multi -family building with a service part, including a public library and a green and recreation zone with a playground, which will be open to residents and the local community. The project will be implemented in one stage, offering a total of 70 to 80 comfortable apartments with a varied area – from pieces to four -room premises. Flats on the ground floor will be equipped with gardens, while those on the upper floors – with loggias, balconies or terraces. With the convenience of residents, a representative lobby with reception was also designed.
At the back of the building, a green patio surrounded by trees will be built, with a relaxation and recreation zone. 77 parking spaces are provided for car owners at two levels of the underground garage, as well as 5 public parking stations, including 2 grounds adapted to the disabled and 2 places for services.
Parking spaces, racks, hangers and bicycle repair station will be built with cyclists. The youngest, for which an attractive playground is planned, has not been forgotten.
An important aspect of the Libro Mokotów project is the free transfer of a service premises with an area of about 258 sq m with the garden belonging to it. The user of the facility will be the Public Library Zygmunt Łazarski in the Mokotów district of the Capital City of Warsaw. The functional distribution of the library facility includes a staff zone, a rental zone, a multi -functional room and an external garden. The premises will be commissioned fully finished and furnished.
Libro Mokotów will apply for the BREEAM environmental certificate. Among the eco -oriented ones included in the project: breeding booths for birds, dust insects, draining boxes and rainwater retention in the underground garage to collect rainwater, which is to be used for watering the greenery in the investment. As many as 32% of the plot will be a biologically active space. Additional plantings of trees and numerous plantings of shrubs and perennials are planned.
– Instead of another office building at ul. Progress 12 We offer an intimate multi -family building with a service part, including a public library. Our goal is to close the quarter and incorporate it into the surrounding housing architecture– says Alicja Bienias from the films of Gruo Lar Polska, project developer.
And he adds: – We want our proposal to contribute to the revival of this part of Służewiec and promote building neighborly relations. Thanks to the premises, given by us for the needs of the Public Library, it will be able to expand the activities, conducive to the integration of residents who will borrow and read books, but also establish and maintain acquaintances. In addition, we plan to realize two green squares with spaces for rest, contact with greenery, which in this part of the city are very much needed
As part of the accompanying investments, it is planned to:
-
Implementation of two city squares (so -called works) at ul. Progress and ul. Kolady, which will improve the access of local residents to green areas, rest and recreation;
-
Renovation of ul. Kolady;
-
Participation in the construction of new pedestrian crossings at ul. Rzymowski-Modzelewski.
