Madison Keys said goodbye to the Grand Slam tournament in London. The American lost at Wimbledon courts with Laura Sigemund.
A German woman, who is not set up in a tournament on London grass, thus beat the tournament number 6. It is worth adding that Madison Keys in the current season has reached for the title in the Grand Slam Australian Open. In the semi -final of the struggle in Melbourne, the American beat Iga Świątek after an exciting duel.
As it turned out, Keys presented herself completely in Wimbledon. The American, therefore, added to a long list of considerable surprises, and in some cases sensation, this year’s Wimbledon edition.
A lot of highly spaced players said goodbye to the tournament. At the head of with the champion Roland Garros 2025 Coco Gauff or the world number 3 among men – Sasha Zwieriew.
It is worth adding that the German woman is currently classified in the WTA ranking on the 104th place. However, Sigemund has advanced to the 4th round of the tournament.

The prize pool in this year’s Wimbledon edition is 53.5 million pounds (approx. 267.6 million zlotys). Title in the single defends Czech Barbora Krejcikova and Spanish Carlos Alcraz.
