The CBA entered the house of Radosław Piesiewicz. A nationwide action is underway!

As transferred to social media, on Thursday, CBA agents entered the action on unreliable VAT invoices. Appeared, among others at the house of Radosław Piesiewicz.
“Today from the morning (Thursday, April 24, 2025), at the behest of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Gdańsk, agents of the Central Anti -Corruption Bureau are searched to the case regarding the issue of unreliable VAT invoices confirming untruth on the circumstances that did not actually take place. The investigation was initiated from the notification of the National Tax Administration. Some activities in this case entrusted the prosecutor’s delegation in this case. The search includes a total of 16 locations in Warsaw, Katowice and Gdańsk and in the Mazowieckie, Śląskie, Pomorskie and Lublin provinces. Press Minister of the Interior and Administration Jacek Dobrzyński.
Interesting information was also provided by journalist from Radio ZET, Mariusz Gierszewski.
“CBA agents appeared in the morning at the President of the President of PKol Radosław Piesiewicz. It was a search for the issue of issuing unreliable VAT invoices,” he also wrote on X.
As you can see, the matter is serious. The president of the Polish Olympic Committee was once again in the attention center.

It is worth recalling that in February this year a large part of the sports environment stood against the head of the PKol. Even a special letter was created, sent to President Piesiewicz. The heads of Polish sports associations signed under it, with slight exceptions, e.g. Cezary Kulesza, the head of the Polish Football Association, was missing. Ultimately, however, the vast majority (22 of 27 currently) were “behind” a critical document towards the actions of the head of the Polish metal.
The initiative was established during the meeting on February 12 this year of the CEO with the Minister of Sport and Tourism Sławomir Nitras. A special appeal raises issues, including lack of financial transparency, delays in the payment of bonuses for athletes, or unclear sponsorship agreements.
Piesiewicz’s reaction? Unambiguous.
There is no surprise that he considered the head of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism as the main “culprit” of the initiative. Once again, there was a political exchange. It is no secret that in the case of the current head of the Polish United Workers’ Party we talk about a man who is much closer to the current opposition than to the current rulers.
