Donald Tusk i Rafał Brzoska

Everything indicates that Rafał Brzoski’s team will not end their activities in May. The second phase of deregulation is planned for autumn.

We check the social initiative, with Rafał Brzoska, was to work until the end of May. According to Business Insider Polska, however, the team’s activities will last longer.

The data cited by the website shows that by May 7 Brzoski team gave the government almost 250 deregulation proposals. 226 were considered, of which 138 were accepted for implementation. Of 32 projects published on the portal of the Government Legislation Center under the code name “Uder”, 14 have already been adopted by the government.

Will the Brzoski team work until autumn?

The portal reports that the Brzoski team is able to prepare up to 500 proposals by the end of May, but the government is not ready for such a number. Therefore, in the first phase of deregulation, by the end of May, it is to receive 350 proposals. The remaining 150 deregulation initiatives are to be delivered in September, in the so -called the second phase of deregulation.

However, we are checking not to limit itself to preparing deregulation initiatives. In the coming months, the team is to focus on the legislative process – check whether the law prepared by the government is in line with the initiatives. In addition, work is underway on a report summarizing previous activities. It is also planned to prepare a report, which is to show that Poland often implements EU regulations, to a broader extent than it is slightly required.

In mid -April, Rafał Brzoska reported in an interview with the Polish press agency that at the end of May his role in the Deregulation Team would end. If the team is still working, will the head of InPost remain his face? Business Insider Polska interlocutors emphasize that for today it is certain only that the project will continue to be carried out. However, no one talks about the end of the mission of Brzoska himself.
