“Time” chose the best places in the world. The distinguished hotels included hotels in Dubai, Switzerland and a Polish city.

The new edition of the “Time” list brought distinction to Poland. The list of “the best places in the world”, which includes not only tourist attractions but also outstanding hotels, mentions a facility in a Polish city. We are talking about the five-star, boutique hotel Blow Up Hall. Inspiration from film and art can be felt here at every step – the interiors are also a gallery of contemporary art. Accommodation prices in this place are not outrageous at all.

Blow Up Hall in Poznań on the “Time” list

Poznań has one of the best hotels in the world. Time’s latest list of one hundred places worth visiting in 2026 includes a Polish accommodation facility. The Blow Up Hall hotel located on Kościuszki Street in the Stary Browar complex impressed the jury with its atmosphere for art connoisseurs. The facility opened in 2025 after renovating the interior, which now refers to the 1966 film “Blow-Up” by Michelangelo Antonioni. “Hotel guests have 21 unique rooms at their disposal, decorated in various styles – from Japandi to Fairytale Core. The hotel space also serves as a gallery. The central place here is occupied by Wojciech Ireneusz Sobczyk’s “Garden”, an installation made of paper-mâché, which seems to change as the day goes on,” writes Property Design.

Time’s list also includes hotels in Dubai (Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab), Switzerland (Huus Quell by Appenzeller Huus), and Bangkok (Mandarin Oriental Bangkok). They have one thing in common – a stay here is not only an overnight stay, but above all an experience.

In addition to hotels, interesting attractions were also highlighted – the Art Zoo Museum in Amsterdam, the Netflix House in Philadelphia and the recently opened Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza.
