Recently, there has been a lot of talk about, among others: about a characteristic white goo just off the coast of Canada, this time news about mysterious black balls is spreading around the world. They were spotted off Coogee in Sydney.
Black balls on the beach
The black balls look really dark. We will see them, among others: in photos published on the Australian website 9now.com.au or on Facebook pages. After the suspicious sighting was spotted on Coogee Beach, the area was immediately closed. What are finds? There is no certainty, but you shouldn’t touch them for anything in the world.
The balls resemble rock formations. Randwick City Council environmental teams collected samples for testing and investigations are ongoing. There are many indications that we may be dealing with tar objects. These form when oil comes into contact with water and other contaminants. So far, it has not been confirmed whether these are the ones we are talking about.
Internet users have dark visions
When photos of the black balls hit the Internet, social media quickly went into uproar. Not only nature defenders spoke out, but also average citizens. Some people let us know that they are afraid of the end of the world and hope that they will still be able to fulfill their dreams. “If this is some apocalyptic event, I will be furious. I want to survive until I see Oasis next year,” one man wrote.
