June 2025 brought clear decreases in the average offer prices of apartments from the secondary market in many districts of the largest Polish cities. According to Sonarhome.pl data, the discount trend is particularly visible in the capital, Krakow, Wrocław and Gdańsk. Inheritances are recorded in most districts, although there are places where prices are still rising.
Prices are falling
