Thailand wants to attract tourists. Will organize the famous event

Tomorrowland will also be organized in Thailand from next year. The Asian country thus wants to attract foreign guests thirsty for musical impressions. The Ministry of Tourism will allocate 2 billion Baht to organize this great event over the next five years. This is not the only turn towards wealthy tourists performed by a country enjoying popularity among low -budget travelers. Recently, Thailand announced plans to launch a special, luxurious train.

Tomorrowland in Thailand since 2026

Thailand approved a five -year contract, under which the Belgian Tomorrowland festival will be organized every year in 2026–2030. At this time, the musical event is to attract a million additional tourists to the country with the capital in Bangkok. The inaugural edition will most likely take place in December 2026 in Chonburi, near the famous Pattaya party resort, and his organization during the contract will consume up to 2 billion Baht. However, profits are to be worth it. “Thailand’s pursuit of the organization of the Tomorrowland festival is aimed at increasing the expenditure of foreign tourists in the face of a decrease in the number of tourists from China,” we read.

Wealthy tourists in Thailand

The concept of the Tomorrowland organization in Thailand has already appeared earlier, but eventually it was suspended due to Covid-19. The country is also looking for other ways to attract tourists with substantial wallets. Already in November, the long -awaited train “Blue Jasmine” from Bangkok to Chiang Mai will go on the track. A 9-day journey through Thai provinces will not be a low-budget trip-tickets for the entire route along with all the attractions provided cost up to 245,000 baht per person, i.e. almost PLN 30,000. The schedule provides for only five courses per year.
