Tears of Wojciech Szczęsny. Moving scenes with the participation of a Pole
FC Barcelona won with Real Madrid 4: 3 at Sunday El Clasico in LaLiga. After the match, Wojciech Szczęsny did not hide his emotion, contributing to victory.
Long before the start of the meeting, we reported that Polish supporters on the pitch would probably see only one of their two compatriots. Wojciech Szczęsny was planned for coach Hansi Flick. Ultimately, however, Szczęsny won the most important duel with Mbappe, when the fate of the Barcelona win was involved. The Catalans after a great first half, in the second they did not score a single goal. The Frenchman went perfectly to the situation alone with the Pole at the very end of the meeting. Szczęsny, however, intervened very well, sure.
The intervention of a Pole was rightly noticed and appreciated on the official Laliga account on the portal X.
Ultimately, the result has not changed until the end of the match, and Barcelona, adding three points to his achievements, is actually at your fingertips before the championship title in Spain. Shortly after the last whistle, Szczęsny did not hide his emotion. According to the journalist Sport.pl, Dominik Wardzichowski, who is at the match in Catalonia, even appeared a Pole’s tears.
It is hardly surprising, after a moment Laliga can win in a moment – and in the summer of 2024 – he was on football retirement! And now he participates in such performances in which he plays a significant role. Szczęsny also rehabilitated for the situation with a penalty at 0: 1. Certainly the Pole left El Clasico with a defensive hand.
