Important changes for passengers at the airport in Dublin

From Friday at the airport in Dublin, you no longer need to pull out fluids and electronics during safety control. Current restrictions on the maximum allowed fluid capacity capacity, which until now was 100 ml, have been lifted.

From now on, all passengers can take even two -liter bottles on board, and there are no top -down adjustments about their number or the need to pack them in transparent bags. In hand luggage, you can continue to transport electronics, which now no longer needs to be removed for control.

“Changing the regulations is the result of many millions of euros modernization of scanning technology, which is used to control the departing passengers and their hand luggage,” writes the BBC. Thirty such scanners were installed in Dublin.
