Subsidies for holidays in Podlasie with a hit. There will be a second chance

Podlasie tourist vouchers diverged in just one day. Subsidies for holidays in northeastern Poland met with great interest of tourists who rushed to an attractive benefit. “Your enthusiasm has exceeded expectations – all vouchers spread quickly!” – writes the organizer, who generated as many as 1003 codes on April 20. Fortunately, there will be a second chance to receive additional resources for holidays in Podlasie soon. We know when the next edition of accepting applications will start.

The vouchers in Podlasie are a hit

The voucher to be used when booking at least two nights in the voivodship is an idea to increase the number of tourists in this region and the support of local entrepreneurs. The promotion of the regional initiative conducted for months brought the expected effect. The issue of vouchers ended on April 20, i.e. the first day of the first round, which was to last until May 31, 2025. 1003 codes were generated, which entitle travelers to receive a discount of PLN 200, 300 or 400 depending on the category of the accommodation object. Stays will be implemented in April and May.

The start of the promotion on Easter Sunday meant that many tourists left the holiday table faster to hunt for vouchers. Unfortunately, not everyone succeeded. Some people were with paid accommodation, the price of which was to be lower. “People are already calling and reserving. They were counting on vouchers, but they did not get them,” writes Gazeta Wyborcza, citing the accounts of the owners of agritourism quarters from Podlasie.

Second chance soon

Fortunately, those who still dream of a cheaper vacation with the Podlasie landscape in the background will soon be able to fight for vouchers again. Generating codes for accommodation implemented from June to December 2025 will start on Children’s Day, and the pool of funds to use will be much higher. The voivodship will supply tourist wallets with a record amount of PLN 1,650,000 (the budget of the April edition was only PLN 350,000). Unfortunately, due to the longer date for the use of vouchers, interest may be even greater. Those who have already used the offer in April and May cannot join the program again.

In addition, all rules remain the same. The condition for the tourist to obtain a voucher is to submit a request for co -financing at podlaskibonisturisty.pl. The voucher is sent in electronic form (e-mail), and the code works only when booking directly made and settled in the accommodation.
