The top Żappka application has been on the market for 5 years and has surprised its users more than once with unique solutions. This time, in the new version, Żappka users will gain access to the offer of brands present in the Żabka Group, such as: Żabka Jush, Maczfita, Dietly, and Żabka Nano. The application has an improved, intuitive interface and a number of new features. The first stage of making the application available is currently underway, and users will periodically notice new Żappka solutions in the coming weeks. So far, over 10 million people have used the application.

The improved version of Żappka includes, among others: new functions enabling the use of the services of companies belonging to the Żabka Group.

Technology development is one of the pillars of the Żabka Group’s long-term strategy. Thanks to the synergy of our brands in the Żappka application, users will gain better access to our full offer, and we, in turn, can use the potential of the entire Group – comments Tomasz Suchański, Group Chief Executive Officer, President of the Management Committee.

While working on the new application, comprehensive research was carried out with the participation of real users and people who had no contact with Żappka before. The respondents included minors, adults and people belonging to the 50+ group. Thanks to this, the new version of the application has a new design and functions that will make its use even more intuitive.

Wanting to remain a leader, setting trends in the retail industry, we decided to take Żappka to a higher level. The coherent architecture of the new application will be even more intuitive and therefore user-friendly. Together with our partners – inside and outside the Żabka Group, we have created an ecosystem of shared benefits for users, and they – even greater availability of interesting offers. Today we are releasing an application that is the result of many months of work by our teams, but we will constantly add new functions so that Żappka becomes our clients’ companion during entire days filled with various activities. – says Wojciech Krok, Managing Director, Żabka Future.

Improved navigation and even more offers

The most important changes users will notice include: division of Żabka’s offer and menu, where you will find, for example, Prosto z Pieca products. The section gained division All for żapps – from now on, the offer of Żabka stores and companies belonging to the Żabka Group and partners will be visible separately. Also new are sections dedicated to dietary catering and the Żabki Jush section, enabling online shopping with delivery. Users also received new opportunities to use Żapps, including: for services offered by Żabka’s business partners, including Allegro, Multikino, Lime and Traficar. Żapps can also be temporarily exchanged for coins in the Allegro application. Customers will also gain new payment options via Google Pay or Apple Pay.

The launch of the new application is supported by a marketing campaign promoting the ways of using Żapps, in which influencers will participate: Przemek Pro, Monika Kociołek and Czvjnik.
